Sorry dat ik traag reageer - de situatie is:
wij hebben Colombiaanse partners, dus in overleg stellen we het contract op. in principe moet het naar Nederlands recht opgesteld zijn, maar we willen ook begrijpen hoe het in het COlombiaans recht ermee zit...

Filmpje is gaaaaaaf, maar nog niet helemaal klaar, laatste puntije nog :)

Zondag 20 juni stonden Tatiana, Arjen en Roy namens Niños en Contacto met een stand op het Millenniumplein van het Houtfestival in Haarlem. Samen met Stichting Hirda uit Amsterdam vertegenwoordigden wij het door de Verenigde Naties vastgestelde Millenniumdoel 2: ‘In 2015 gaan alle jongens en meisjes naar school’.

Er was veel interesse voor de millenniumdoelen en zo werd ook onze stand druk bezocht. Naast informatie geven hadden we een schminkwedstrijd georganiseerd voor kinderen. De kids waren erg creatief en schminkten mooie gezichten met het WK-thema. Met plezier konden we de winnaars van de 3 prijsuitreikingen bekend maken. Het was een leuke en gezellige dag ondanks de temperatuur die nog niet echt zomers te noemen was.

Alle bezoekers en geïnteresseerden bedankt en winnaars van de schminkwedstrijd nogmaals gefeliciteerd!

Ik kan je helpen aan voorbeeldcontracten of wet- en regelgeving, maar dat ligt eraan wat je precies zoekt.

World cup pool - creative fund raising...

Looking forward to the WORLD CUP?
Me too! And that is why - I am doing a world cup pool (well a very special edition actually). Surprised? It turns out to be a lot of fun and indeed has a good purpose!


Here is the idea:

Say each participating person put 10-15 euro and fill in the form (attached) with a prediction which team wins each game, and the score. I keep the track andl calculate points for each participant. The winner gets a prize! Easy.


Oh, and we raise funds for the project (Computer class in Colombia) and have a drink together to celebrate the victory on the 17th of July. Win win win situation here :P


To be honest – for me THIS makes the coming month of football-mania (11 June – 11 July) bearable and even possibly enjoyable …So – ditch complaining and join the fun.

Now about counting the points, there are a couple of simple rules (courtesy of Arnaud).

Pool stage (matches 1 – 48)
1. Correct result (W/D/L) : +1 point
2. Exact score : +1 point
3. For each team qualified for round of 16 : +4 points
Total number of points for pool stage : 160 points

Knock-out stage
We don’t count the exact score here anymore, only grant points for guessing the winning teams to keep it simple J
1. Round of 16 (matches 49-56)
For guessing right a team that qualifies for quarter final stage : +5 points (per team)
2. Quarter final (matches 57 – 60)
For guessing right each team that qualifies for semi-final stage : +10 points (per team)
3.Semi-final (61 – 62)
For each that qualifies for the final : +20 points
4. Winner: +50 pts (63 – 64)
Total number of points at stake for know-out stage : 170 points


The more experienced among us – please disregard the following sentence….

Ok if the explanation sounds complicated – just start with the form, it really is very easy J - I just tried it. If any questions – feel free to ask ( I have good advisors!)

Payment:
To participate - just fill in the form and return to me + transfer 15 euro or 10 euro to the foundation Ninos en Contacto in Amsterdam giro 4107252 with a remark “world cup”.

Prize:
The winner will get a nice amount in cash (depending on the number of participants) and a Colombian souvenir as a present. The rest of the money will be donated to the project. 17 th of July we will have a picknick or a drink together to celebrate and announce the winner.
