Thank you Nikolet for your benevolet support, some of us understand what it takes in europe to earn the amount of support you have given, I at the same time try to make people in Uganda understand that whites too take from the small they have to alleviate suffering of African populations. so we should maintain value for the money. truly if some of you visited the landfill in Kampala, you would do something for the HIV positive women scavenging through the trash. But the work is so dangerous it costs them their life. we intend to attract waste pickers away from the landfill and get somewhere hygienic with fair sales and bypass the middlemen. we are also running A Night Liaison HIV/AIDS Drop in Facility for destitute young refugees from Congo working as waste pickers during day time and as sexworkers in the night in exchange for shelter and money in the slums of Gaba fish landing site, Makindye, Katwe, Nateete and Kabalagala. see http://viivhealthcareeffect.com/our-approach-to-access-and-care/map-of-our-programmes.aspx#/pa_for_children
